The american sycamore. I am initiating a two part effort to unite environmental efforts with individual efforts in self-healing and self-introspection.

1. The sycamore seeds around colorado can be used for planting more of these desireable, sustainable, beautiful , and useful trees.

2. Unused seeds can be used for a variety of purposes relating to self-healing and self-introspection. Similar to how rudraksha are used (Siva’s Tears)

Interestingly the Sycamore core seed is also a tool for greater understanding of our own bodies and minds in relation to the cosmos and consciousness. Its hardness and intricacy could be used as beads simply or creatively.
